Welcome to Goat Bazaar (the "Platform"), accessible at areafair.in. The goat-selling business advertised on the Platform is operated by Aatif from Malkani Tower, Jogeshwari West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (referred to as "we", "us", or "the Seller"). By browsing the Platform, contacting us, or booking a goat, you ("Buyer", "you") agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About the Platform & the Web Developer

The domain areafair.in is owned by Areafair, a web-development company that designed, built, and hosts this website on behalf of the Seller. Areafair's role is limited to providing the website as a technology service.

Areafair is not the owner, operator, or representative of the goat-selling business. Areafair does not own any of the goats listed, does not handle bookings, payments, deliveries, or after-sales matters, and is not a party to the contract of sale formed between the Buyer and the Seller. Any goat-business obligation, claim, or liability arising out of a listing or sale rests solely with the Seller, Aatif, at the address above. Buyers must direct all goat-related queries, complaints, refunds, and disputes to the Seller using the WhatsApp number shown on the listing or the contact details at the bottom of this page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to book a goat through the Platform.

3. Listings & Availability

Each listing on the Platform shows the breed, type, approximate age, weight, location, and price of an individual goat. While we make every effort to keep listings accurate, weights and other details are taken at the time of listing and may vary slightly by the time of collection (especially after travel). A listing remains available only until the goat is booked or marked unavailable in our system.

4. Booking Process

Bookings are placed by contacting us on WhatsApp using the number shown on each listing. To confirm a booking, the Buyer is required to pay a booking token (advance) to lock the goat in their name. The remaining balance is payable in cash or by UPI at the time of collection from our shed. A booking is only treated as confirmed once the token has been received and acknowledged by us.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Booking token is non-refundable. If the Buyer cancels the booking for any reason after the token has been paid, the token amount stands forfeited.
  • If the goat is unable to be delivered due to reasons solely attributable to the Seller — for example, the goat dies, falls seriously ill, or is otherwise unfit for sale before the Buyer collects it — the Seller will, at the Buyer's option, either refund the full token amount or offer a replacement goat of equivalent value.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

6. Delivery & Collection

Goats are brought to Mumbai on the dates announced by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). Once a goat is booked, the Buyer must collect it from our shed at the assigned location — either Jogeshwari or Mira Road. We do not offer doorstep delivery. The exact collection address and time will be shared on WhatsApp once the goats arrive in Mumbai.

7. Inspection & Final Sale

The Buyer is encouraged to inspect the goat at the time of collection. Once the goat has been collected and the balance paid, the sale is treated as final. Goat Bazaar does not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests after collection.

8. Health & Vaccination

All goats listed are stall-fed bucks and have been vaccinated. While we take reasonable care of the animals in our shed, the Seller does not warrant that any animal is fit for a particular purpose beyond what is described in the listing, nor do we provide a health guarantee after collection.

9. Pricing & Payment

The price displayed on each listing is the agreed sale price for that goat. We accept cash and UPI at the time of collection. The booking token, once paid, is adjusted against the final sale price. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).

10. Sellers Listing on the Platform

Goat sellers who wish to list animals through the Platform must contact us on WhatsApp at +91 75066 65341. Listings are added at our discretion after verification of the seller's identity and stock.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform's total liability to the Buyer for any claim arising out of a booking shall not exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the relevant goat. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top reflecting any changes. Continued use of the Platform after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
